Art50.net TRANSACTION GUIDE
Selection of Works (Add to Cart)
On Art50.net, you can search by artist or work title, or browse the artists, gallery or selection categories to find the artwork you want. You can add the selected item to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button.
Art50.net e-Gift Coupon
Select the desired amount from the Gift category page and enter the sender, recipient information, if any, and your delivery date. You can then add the e-gift voucher to the basket by clicking the “Add to cart” button.
Entering the Payment Information (Purchase)
After you have added the artworks you want to buy in your basket, to go to the payment stage, by pressing the ”Proceed to check out” button. Enter the address you want your order and billing to be sent to, or select one of your registered addresses. After you have selected your payment method and entered your payment information, review the Sales Agreement, then press the ”Place Order” button. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the purchase is complete.
After receipt of payment at Art50.net, details of the delivery and cargo information will be sent to your e-mail address. You can also follow the status of your order from ”My orders” section on ”My Account” page.
Concealment of Contracts
The Sales Agreement established online between the seller and the buyer regarding the product or service you are purchasing is delivered to you along with the order confirmation email. These documents are also kept on Art50.net records during the contract period.
Change of Order Information and Cancellation of Order
To change your order information or cancel your order, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or at (0212) 244 2650 before your order is shipped.
The Consumer Arbitration Committees located at the place of the Buyer and the Seller, shall settle any dispute between the Parties related to this Agreement up to the value as declared by the Ministry of Customs and Trade each year, further the Consumer Court is authorized in respect of disputes above the said value.
