Organized in collaboration between Antalya Arts and Culture and the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey, the exhibition sheds light on the impact of landscape painting on cultural life of Turkey. Discovered in a drawer in Mengu Ertel\u2019s home which looks like a museum, these works bring to light Burak\u2019s and Ertel\u2019s friendship and their time\u2019s genuine and sincere relationships. Featuring works by 13 contemporary artists who take their inspiration from Chinese Ink tradition, the exhibition explores techniques beyond paper, brush and ink which reveal the cultural spirit of ink. Comprising of 250 photographs taken by 17 workshop participants, the exhibition presents the products of a 5-month work of the workshop led by Murat Germen and run by Ahmet Elhan. Hence it sheds light on the multiple dynamics between the concepts of \u201ctime\/place\u201d and presents young talents to the public.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h4><strong>Nuri Bilge Ceylan Baks\u0131\u2019da, Baks\u0131 M\u00fczesi | May 1 &#8211; August 25, 2019<\/strong><\/h4>\n<figure id=\"attachment_9363\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-9363\" style=\"width: 710px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-9363\" src=\"https:\/\/art50.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/baksi.jpg\" alt=\"Nuri Bilge Ceylan - Baks\u0131 M\u00fczesi\" width=\"710\" height=\"498\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-9363\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Nuri Bilge Ceylan &#8211; Baks\u0131 M\u00fczesi<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The exhibition reflects the multi-disciplinary artistic identity of the world-renowned movie director, script writer and photographer, Nuri Bilge Ceylan. Organized in collaboration with Dirimart, the exhibition reflects the artist\u2019s journey into the rural areas from the lens of his photographs which were taken between 2003-2013. Turning these objects which have historical, archaeological and some modern meanings into artworks, the exhibition reveals their connection between each other and our day. This social responsibility project brings together seven artists in order to shed light on the site\u2019s past and rehabilitate the Roman Baths of Sagalassos.
