Throughout the week of March 13-19, Dubai will be the heart of global contemporary art. The 10th edition of Art Dubai<\/strong> taking place in March 16-19 also with the participation of some important Turkish galleries is considered one of the leading global art fairs in Middle East, Africa and South Asia. The fair is composed of three sections, namely the Modern and Contemporary sections featuring 90 galleries, and the third section, Marker, focusing on one theme or region every year. \u00a0On the other hand, Abraaj Art Prize offered every year by the fair’s main sponsor Abraaj is globally well recognized, and the winning artists are honored with a special exhibition at Art Dubai.<\/p>\n

Taking place in March 14-19 at the Alserkal Avenue, the\u00a0Art Week<\/strong>\u00a0features top-priority events. Amongs these, the Michelangelo Pistoletto exhibition organized by Galleria Continua and Leila Heller Gallery as his first solo show in this region, the Hassan Hajjaj exhibition at the Third Line Gallery and inaugurations of both the Najar Foundation and the Custot Gallery are the strongest highlights.<\/p>\n

Design Days<\/strong> is another important event of the week taking place in March 14-18 is. Organized for the last 5 years and with participating design galleries from all over the world, Design Days also features furniture.<\/p>\n
