Deeply in Love IV-Work

The question of; ‘How would it be possible to love deeper?’ created the ‘Deeply in Love’ series. While in my series titled ‘I Love You’, my figures were flying, but this time, they dive into deep and try to reach each other, escaping from the everyday objects… As always it is, a man in a suit dives deeper and deeper until his lungs will explode, while trying to reach a beautiful and stylish lady. It may remind us of the details from Michelangelo’s work titled ‘Last Judgement’ located in the Sistine Chapel. The floating figures in his frescoes always make me think that Michelangelo is a meticulous underwater observer. I think he was an inevitable lover at the same time, as well…
